Farhat Kennou
President

Farhat Kennou has gained his professional experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry with Schlumberger Group.
During his long period with this group, he developed his international experience, starting in Tunisia then in West Africa, Europe and Asia, occupying various field and managerial positions .
For the last 25 years, he is working with Sodexo Group, as a Chief Operating Officer for Africa, Middle East and Central Asia.
As such he has an extensive network with stakeholders in the GCC and African countries.
Farhat holds a Mining Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Economic degree from France. He has been members of various associations such as “Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur» for the French government. He is member of several associations such as the SPE, MEFMA.
Between 2015 and 2017 Farhat held the General Secretary position for the Tunisian Business Council.

Fathi Ben Grira
Vice President

Fathi Ben Grira started his career within the US law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom LLP where he worked on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, international securities offerings and privatizations. Then, he joined the investment bank Lazard within the Merger & Acquisition and Capital Markets team where he focused on transactions involving companies listed on various stock exchanges (New York, London, Amsterdam and Paris).
Since 2011 he is the CEO of Menacorp, one of the UAE’s largest financial services firms with a strong leadership in securities brokerage where Menacorp is constantly ranked first in terms of market share for the past 5 years among 49 competitors.
Fathi graduated from HEC Paris Business School “Cursus Grande Ecole” (MSc. in Management and Finance) and from University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne (Business Law). He is a Founding Chair of the Club 30% “GCC Chapter”, a global organization that promotes a better representation of women in companies’ management and board of directors. He speaks English, Arabic and French

Sonia Boussebissi
Executive Member

Sonia Boussebissi is an Attorney admitted to practice in New York since 2002. She has an extensive legal experience on negotiating and documenting international financial and corporate transactions. She is experienced at managing transactional risk for major banks and corporate.
Sonia worked with major international law firms (e.g. Gide Loyrette Nouel Paris; Simmons & Simmons DIFC), banks (e.g. Standard Chartered Bank, DIFC; Mashreqbank, Dubai) and corporate (Schlumberger Limited, Paris).
Sonia holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Tulane University School of law, New Orleans, USA and a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Paris XII-Saint-Maur, France. Sonia is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
She has been an executive member of the TBC since 2015.

Monaem Ben Lellahom
Executive Member

Winner of the “Global CSR Excellence & Leadership Award” at the World Marketing Summit 2013 and the “Global AIESEC Alumni Entrepreneurship and Leadership Award”, Monaem is a pioneer and thought leader in CSR and sustainability practices in the broaden Middle East and Africa region.

Monaem is leading social impact measurement practices and produced study reports to demonstrate the social value generated of community development work using the global SROI framework. Monaem also focuses on developing sustainability strategies and roadmaps for clients across various industries; conducting gap analysis, community needs assessments and studying Socio-economic (SEIA) progress in various issues related to developmental projects. He has extensive expertise in applying sustainable practices in products’ value chains and transparency as well as the linkages between Sustainability and Branding.

Monaem is a Global Founding Partner at Sustainable Square Consultancy and Think Tank (www.sustainablesquare.com), is a Dubai-based sustainability and thought-leadership advisory with offices in the UAE, Oman, KSA, Qatar, Morocco, India and Kenya. He acts as a Vice-Chairmen of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for Sustainability and Responsibility in Africa (FSRA) and Board member of the Tunisia-UAE Business Council.

Haithem Gribaa
Executive Member

Haithem Gribaa started his career in the Consulting for the Automotive sector in Germany. In 2013, he joined Siemens in UAE where he spent 2 years as a responsible for Siemens customer Service for the Cargo Handling Products with “Emirates Sky Cargo” as main account. Since 2015 he is the Head of Procurement for the Logistics and Airport Solutions sector in the MENA Region within Siemens.

Haithem holds a Master Degree (Dipl.-Ing) in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the University of Stuttgart in Germany. He joined the Tunisian Business Council as member since 2014 and as Executive board member since 2017.

My education at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne gave me the opportunity to manage and lead Teams from different cultures. The year 2007 was a remarkable as I have launched my own business. I am now managing an LLC company in Dubai and partner in some businesses in Tunisia.
